“The more Torah the more life,
the more learning the more wisdom.”
We are all seekers, all looking for something. In Pirkei Avot, Rabbi Hillel said “the more Torah the more life, the more learning the more wisdom.” We invite you to let us join you in your search. Let us enrich our lives together through learning!
Our staff and Adult Jewish Learning Committee have worked to assemble many opportunities for learning. Look through the many opportunities for Adult Jewish Learning and find something that interests you. Attend one lecture, class or series—or come to several. Join the rest of us as we learn together, engaging our teachers, our texts and our world.

Becoming
a Bar/Bat Mitzvah as an Adult
Many
in our community have entered into the gateway of adult Jewish learning to enrich,
challenge, and transform our lives. Some have chosen to follow the path to become
an adult Bar/Bat Mitzvah. This requires a two-year course of study, which includes
both Hebrew language and general Judaica requirements. For those who are interested
in becoming B'nai Mitzvah, please contact Rabbi
Prosnit at 336-1858.
