Religious School Forms 5770/2009-2010
Bleow are links to the 2009 - 2010 Religious School enrollment forms. Please download, print and complete both sides of the enrollment form. Please fill out a separate form for each child to be enrolled.
At In-School Registration Day, September 3, 2009, you will be able to pick up class assignments and a copy of the Family Calendar/Handbook that details all of the policies and procedures of the Religious School. We will mail those materials only to those families who have completed their registration and are not able to join us.
Finally, there are many factors we consider when assigning a child to a particular class. If you have a particular request, it must be received in writing no later than August 21. We cannot promise to fulfill specific requests, but we will make every effort.
Temple policy mandates that Religious School tuition be paid in full prior to the first session of school. Tuition includes textbooks and materials used in class. Please remember that your Temple dues commitment needs to be current through the first quarter of the fiscal year in order to complete school registration. If you require a payment plan, it is necessary to provide either post dated checks totaling the full amount of tuition or your credit card information (form enclosed). Please complete all highlighted areas and return ASAP. You will be charged as follows: 1/3 now, 1/3 November 25 and finally 1/3 January 27.
